I want to run away but I don't know where to go

I'm 12 years old and I've been trying to resist running away from home but I can't. My parents are sometimes. . . Emotionally abusive and my brother says I will never achieve anything in life and my school thinks I'm a pycho freak and is too dangerous to be around. I already have stuff packed to run away with but I don't know where to go and I wanted to run away so badly where I thought I could steal my mother's car and use it to run away from home and I know how a car works. I just wish I was adopted by a family that is nicer,more caring and a good paying job. I want to run away from home but I don't know where to go and if I did run away my parents would probably call the police. I don't know what to do and I'm scared.
