Leaving home at 18

When I was 16, which is 2 years ago, i ran away with my boyfriend who was older than me and my mom pressed charges on him. Now i am 18 and i tried moving out. At first my mom was fine with it but then she forced me to come back home. She stalked me and my boyfriend for 2 days and when she found out where he lived she called the cops for no reason. She told me that she will be able to bring back the charges and charge him with statutory rape from 2 years ago. Is she able to bring back those charges and force me to stay at home? I am 18 and I want to move out I just can't because she has that against me.
