It’s great a good thing you are doing by looking out after your sister it probably means a lot to her having you there. About emancipation we are not legal experts so we cannot say what exactly the requirements are to be considered for it. i cant live here anymore
I really want to run away. I can't stay with my dad anymore. Im practically taking care of myself and my sister. I'm only 16. I can't do that. He just works and drinks. He will scrounge up money for beer quicker than he will for food. I just cant. Can I get emancipated without a parent ?
