Girlfriend wants to runaway from family

Hi, my girlfriend is 19 and lives in an Eastern European household where her parents dont let her date and want to arrange her marriage in the future. She wants to runaway and come live with me but is afraid of what her family might do. What can we do to get away from them and block them out?
