Running away. Is it a good option

I’m failing college and there is a huge chance that my mother will disown me. She does not accept failures. My doctor diagnosed me with depression and suicidal ideation which is getting worse. I have no close friends or family. My first option was to commit suicide but I’m too weak to do it or there is still a part of me who wants to live. I was sexually abused three time since I was in elementary by different men. I didn’t tell anyone and now it’s making my mental illness far more worse every time I remember it. I don’t have any one to turn to. I don’t know where to get help. I’m scared of my mother finds out about my condition she will deport me back to our home country. It’s embarrassing and humiliating for me. And it’s make me feel like I’m worthless and guilty of being a failure. All I want to know is that if I ran away can my mother force me to come back with her?
