My Dad Choked Me

    I asked my stepdad why he didn't treat me like he treated his own son he gritted his teeth and screamed get the f in my bedroom before I could get even in the door he grabbed me by the top of my ears and pulled me up and then took both hands and wrapped around my neck and chocked me and through me on the tile floor and hurt my head now when I push my head it hurts very bad he grabbed my area and punch his fist in it mama didn't believe me and he started whooping me before I could even stand up to take them and he through me against the front door and started taking his middle finger and pointing them both as his head and saying I was an f-ing pyscho and I said you must have not meant to fist my area but you did he said you can remember that but you cant remember how to shut the f up while screaming in my face spit going everywhere he also has bit me before but the weps are bubbled up on the outside of the skin were i cant ever wear underwear because the lining hits it which hurts alot

    I was not listening and then my dad picked me up then three me to the floor hurting my back then was choking me then threw me to the floor again.but my mom told me not to tel anyone or they can both go to jail and my siblings will go to foster care.and the got warned from the police last time to not ever touch me again.so what should I do.it could make me and my siblings go to foster care so what should I do?
