15 yr old girl living in an BAD home. Need help

I need help. My parents fight constantly and not only that but we are about to be kicked out of our home. My dad does drugs and my mom drinks and is mentally ill. Neither of them have jobs and we are currently living in a motel. I feel like it would be better for me if I didn't live in that environment anymore and I want to leave. I want to report my parents for neglect and abuse, due to how we live and how I am treated. But if I do that then I know my parents will hate me and I don't want to live with any of my other family members that live far away from us. Honestly I would rather be in foster care but I don't want my brother to have to go through that. Please help me.
