15, already ran away but need a place to stay

I slept on the streets last night and then went to school like nothing happened. My stepmom and dad said I should speak to my principal to get me out of my suspension. My dad threatened to throw me out, so I left. None of my friends know what is going on but I feel comfortable enough to ask one of my friends if I can stay with her instead of going to a runaway shelter. What should I do? I didn't take my phone with me either so my dad wouldn't be able to track me.
