My mother is horrible. She acts so nice and loving at one moment and in the next she's hitting me in the face, screaming and cursing at me. I want to be with my dad, I miss him so much. I remember their custody battles and I wish he had won. My mom can't seem to go a week without hitting me. Once, about a week or two ago whilst traveling to my grandpa's funeral, I accidentally cracked the car window. She got so angry that she backhanded me in the face, leaving a mark under my eye that's still there. The first time she hit me in the face a couple of years ago I ran away to a friend's house, a hysterical mess. She was so apologetic in front of my friend's family. It got more and more frequent and now all I have to do is make her think I talked back and she will grab me and get violent. Every time, though, she apologizes but never stops. When will it stop? What do I do? Please help me.
