My parents have been separated for the past couple of years, ever since then I have lived with my mother in peace without any contact with my father. Everything has been fine until recently when my father's family started following my mother. At first, I did not believe her because whenever I'm with her in public no one is following her, she told me that they only follow her when she is alone, this caused me to be even more skeptical about her claims, but early this year my mom suffered a psychotic breakdown which caused her to lose her job. My mom wanted us to relocate but I did not wanted to because she didn't have the money and I didn't want to start over in a new city/state. She finally has found a new job but recently both of her cars broke down and she believed it was my father's family. Now my mother has to take public transportation to work. My mother believes that my father's family is out to kill her. I am only a sophomore in high school and I have no license or job. I personally think it is best if my mom leave the city but I want to stay in my hometown. I though about running away but I do not want to add more to my mother's problems.

It is great that she was able to reestablish herself and find a new job. Since you’re mentioned you concern about her health standing you might want to contact someone at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) 877-726-4727.
