Not sure what to do

So my parents split up two years ago because my dad found out my mom was cheating on him. He says that I can go live with my mom if I want to because he's not sure he can really provide for me and my brother anymore, and he might be divorcing my stepmom. I usually go to my mom's on the weekends but the problem is that her boyfriend, the same one that she cheated on my dad with, lives there, and I'm extremely uncomfortable about that. I don't want to be like a burden to my dad, and I go to a charter school that is way nicer than any public school I've ever been to, but as I said I'm really uncomfortable about my mom's boyfriend living with her.
