  • Not a special teen, I just don't know what to do

I am a 14 year old female living in Wisconsin, I will be a freshman in the fall. I have really bad mental health problems, I've had anxiety almost my entire life and 4 years ago I developed depression. I began to selfharm the beginning of 8th grade but it just continues to get worse. My mother is a well educated person and is a dedicated nurse, she has dealt with mentally ill people in her work but she doesn't seem to know how to help me or act around me. My father is the reason for my eating disordered problems and has also been a danger to many others in the past. Everyday I contemplate suicide, and nothing is getting better in my situation. I cant think of any other option, all I know is I need to get out of the house I live in and away from my life.
