needing help

I'm 13.

My parents are Indian while i'm American.I need help. My parents are sometimes getting mad at me for no reason. They don't give me a chance for me to talk. They say some pretty bad stuff at times which no child should hear at 13 since it teaches me that I am able to say that to my future children. Just wanted to know if this broke any laws or anything.
