19 getting married and moving out

My story is complicated and I don't want to get into too much detail, but suffice to say we don't get along and he is extremely rough with me. I'm currently 18 but will be turning 19 this year. By the end of the year I'm proposing to my girlfriend so we can get married next summer (I will be 20 by that time). I am completely under my father's rule. He controls my bank account, has me under his life insurance, etc. I have thought about my decision and I will be moving out. I just need help figuring out how to get out of things like his bank account and his insurance. I plan on getting my own but I know that he will refuse to let me leave and do all he can to keep me home. Can he use his insurance to keep me at home? Are their ways that I can cut my connections with him on my own? I just want to make sure that after I leave he still doesn't have control over certain legal things. Thank you.
