We have just moved away from a town where i was born and spent 16 years there my mum has moved us to be with her boyfriend which her boyfriend is actually going to court for sexually assaulting his 11 year old daughter i have a younger brother and and sister and we are terriffied for our saftely cause my mum works all day and we are left alone with him and she doesnt seem to care we want to go back to own home town and live with our uncle before anything happens im scared we are going to get hurt whilst she is not home please i need advice on what i can do to get me my sister and brother home without getting child services involved and without getting made to go back to an unsafe environment we are scared i just want to get us safe

Perhaps your uncle and your mom can come to some agreement of custody for you and your sister and brother that does not have to involve child services. Having a safety plan is something you might consider, this may consist of who you can call in an emergency or a safe place you can get to should you feel threatened or unsafe.
