shelter?

hi! i've been thinking of running away for some time now and i think i might to threw with it, just for a few days. but i dont know of any homless shelters in my area and i cant find any on google, and if i do go to a shealter at night, will i have to stay there more then acopple of days? and how do they work? and is it illegal to run away for a few days? thank you

Every shelter is different but if you call our crisis line we can contact shelters with you to see what their program requires. You asked about legal issues regarding running away, and although we're not legal experts we can say that in most places, if you are under 18 you are still legally obligated to stay with your guardians.
