I'm in dire need of a way to get out of my house. I'm not emotionally stable, and my mom keeps telling me to kill myself. I need to get out of there. The emotional environment takes a serious toll on my mental health, and I don't think I can handle this anymore. Is there any way to move out of the house without being classified as a runaway?

Hello,
Thank you so much for contacting NRS. It sounds like you are in a difficult situation, with what is going on with your mom and your own mental health. Contacting us is a great step. It is hard to tell if you would be classified as a runaway since this varies state to state and also depending on how old you are. Please feel free to contact us at 1-800-786-2929. That way, we can get a little more information and we would be best able to help you out more.
Thank you,
NRSPlease remember you can reach us directly by calling our 24 hour hotline, 1-800-RUNAWAY (786-2929) or through our Live Chat.
