I don't know what to do anymore.Im alone with no clue what to do.I had friends who ended up turning their backs on me for no good reason. My family don't understand what I am going through or how I feel even when I try to tell them.My mom keeps telling me she's kicking me out the house this summer. On top of that school is becoming stressful to the point I wanna drop out.Everthing is becoming overwhelming for me to handle on my own with no help or guidance.I feel like I just want to end everything. The only person I talk to about certain things is my boyfriend but he can't help me because he dosent know how to.Im just so lost, confused and alone.I walk around with my emotions built up inside so much that when I'm alone I sit and cry or either become so angry I punch things. There's so much more but this about explains the main part(s). How can I face my problems??

    re: Alone

Hi and thanks for contacting the National Runaway Safeline. It sounds like you are going through a lot right now and we are so glad that you are reaching out for support. You have so many things to deal with between school, family and friends. You must be a very strong person for being able to handle all of it. Is there anyone that you feel supports you? We are definitely here for you and want you to know that you are not alone. Sometimes by talking about what you are going through and connecting with healthy, supportive people in your life, things can seem more manageable. It sounds like you feel some support from your boyfriend but that he might not understand how he can help you best. Have you ever considered talking to a counselor or teacher about how you are feeling? We could definitely try and connect you with some supportive resources in your community if that would be helpful for you.

You mentioned that things are so overwhelming that you think you want to, “end everything.” Have you ever tried to harm yourself before? If you ever feel like you want to hurt yourself or end your life, you can always call the National Suicide Hotline at 1-800-273-TALK. The anger you feel is understandable, especially if you feel like you don’t have an outlet. Are there things you enjoy doing or ways you can relieve your stress in other ways? Sometimes art, writing or physical activity can be healthy outlets. We are available at 1-800-RUNAWAY 24 hours a day to talk about what you are going through. We are also available via live chat from 4:30-11:30pm at our website, We hope that we can be here to support you and that you will contact us soon. Best wishes,
Please remember you can reach us directly by calling our 24 hour hotline, 1-800-RUNAWAY (786-2929) or through our Live Chat.
