I am 13 and my mom used drugs and i was touch when i didnt want to by a friend ........soooo my question if i run away and my parents get mad would they be able to harm me.

We are very sorry to hear you were touched and want you to know that no one deserves to be treated in a way that makes you feel uncomfortable. That plus your mom using drugs does not sound like an easy place to be. We are not sure how you are coping, but here are some resources you might find helpful:
Al-Anon/ Ala-Teen: Provides support for young people who have parents who abuse alcohol/drugs
RAINN (Rape, Abuse, Incest, National Network): Provides support for all different types of sexual abuse.
You ask if you run away and your parents get made if they would be able to harm you. If you are referring to whether your parents would be able to harm you if you run away, they might not be able to harm you if you aren’t physical there. However, they are probably still going to have the option of filing a runaway report with the police. Many parents choose to do so as a way to protect themselves against neglect.
